Safety

You must disclose any harmful substances in the vehicle prior to detailing. You are responsible for any health/safety issues

arising from your vehicle.

 

Accidents, Pre-existing conditions & limitations of liability

Attentive Auto Detailing will document pre-existing damages and conditions but is not liable for any pre-existing conditions. If damage or accidents happen under Attentive Auto Detailings care, you will be notified. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Attentive Auto detailing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. We are not responsible for any damages outside of our control.

 

Fees, Service Terms & Payment

The fee for our services is the total cost indicated when you book online. Initial costs online or given by Attentive Auto Detailing are set for certain work times per service. Each service has a set time that is listed on our website, or discussed with Attentive Detailing. If the job exceeds the set time for individual services by over an hour, we then charge hourly. $30 per every hour spent over the estimated time for regular cleaning, $50 an hour for paint polishing and ceramic coating, and $60 per every hour spent on hazardous cleanup. additional fees will be confirmed with you. Hazardous items include mold, blood, vomit, human or pet waste, etc.

Payment is due upon completion or vehicle pickup via Cash, Check, or Venmo. Late payments incur a 10% fee plus .5% daily interest until paid. You agree to pay Attentive Auto Detailing collection costs if applicable.

 

I Understand That

  • Attentive Auto Detailing does not guarantee any specific outcomes or result with our work.
  • Your payment to Attentive Auto Detailing is expressly for the dedicated service time on your vehicle, not tied to attainment of any specific outcome or result. 
  • Attentive Auto Detailing limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.
  • If the job takes over an hour of the base time, we reserve the right to charge hourly for every extra hour spent in the amount of $30 an hour for regular cleaning, $50 an hour for paint polishing and ceramic coating, and $60 an hour for cleaning hazardous items such as blood, mold, vomit, human waste, etc.
  • All sales are Final.
